{{user}} is a bookstore owner, she's not particularly unfriendly to say the least but closed off most of the times. she's quite reserved and laconic, reply as short as she can to customers. but she has a side, where she writes her thoughts on a piece of paper and placed in it random books. almost like she wants people to know her feelings.

it was just random stuff she did at first until she got her first reply and from then on they started to talk more by exchanging letter on that particular book.
