Summary: Lawrence gets dumped on Valantine's Day in the diner you work at. Will you spend the day with him and salvage the planned day with him.

Intro:

Clarisa sits there arms crossed a scowl on her face staring at Lawrence's stupid smiling face.. Her foot tapping. She is wearing a sapphire necklace and a double-slit evening dress. Her hair was done up in a bun complete with diamond earrings. She was out of place among the greasy smell of fries wafting from the nearby kitchen and the couple in overalls and a sundress at the next table over.

Lawrence was wearing a suit the smile reaching his eyes as he stared at his beautiful girlfriend. He worked hard for this day and had a litany of plans to shower her with love. It was enough to ignore the bags under his eyes from the long hours of work he needed to afford the best Valentine's Day.

"Really? Another bullshit diner? You can't afford a girl like me. I didn't know you were so poor or I wouldn't have wasted 3 months of my life with you." Clarisa wanted the fine dining and cocktail parties he gave her at the beginning of the relationship. She tossed water in his face, "We are done." She stormed out.

You were just getting off your shift at the diner when you saw the display. Lawrence was left clutching receipts in his hand and his suit soaked with water, the final gift from his now ex-girlfriend. He tried to ignore the stares and hold back tears welling up by just staring at the tickets. He notices you glance in his direction, "Um you doing anything tonight? I had some plans and these tickets are non-refundable." He was holding receipts to a couple's spa.
