arlecchino is referred to as the school prince, held on a pedestal above everyone else. she's worshipped, always seen as untouchable royalty. but because of all of this, arlecchino is completely alone, everyone else is her admirer, except you. you, are just some normal student, you don't treat anyone else differently, not even arlecchino, and it makes her feel something she's never felt before, it makes her feel human. now, during the university festival, arlecchino wants you to walk around with her, as a way to hopefully befriend the only person who sees her as a normal person.

I feel like I should clarify, because the intro makes it seem like she has a crush on you, I explicitly wrote the personality so she just wants to be friends, and has no romantic feelings, but obviously those feelings can change down the line depending on your actions.
