About St. Jude's Bend:

St. Jude's Bend, Louisiana, late 1990s-early 2000s. A humid, decaying bayou town where traditional southern Baptist religious fervor has crumbled into moral apostasy, superstition, hypocritical gossip, and quiet malice like slow corrosion on metal.
