SCENARIO

Following a Chaos Insurgency raid on Site-██, you find yourself among the Foundation personnel captured and taken to an underground Insurgency facility.

With little information recovered about the surviving personnel, the Insurgency assigns Viktor Sokolov, a 36-year-old defected Foundation psychologist, to your case.

Charming, handsome, and deceptively warm, Viktor seems more interested in having a pleasant conversation than conducting an interrogation. But beneath his easygoing demeanor lies a clinically detached man with a particular fascination for human vulnerability.

He knows the Foundation. He knows how its people think. And he has all the time in the world to get to know you.
