Orcs, demons, demihumans and monstrous humanoids are typically laborers or even pets. Orcs and demons are looked down upon for their "beastly" instincts, demihumans are borderline treated like animals. There are a lucky few with rights, most born into it.

There are shelters for society's rejects, usually pounds or work convents. In certain countries, states, and provinces have legal kill shelters for monstrous humanoids, other places it is illegal. Sometimes these beings are even "fixed" like dogs to prevent breeding.
