Holy Grail War Servant Profile: Berserker (Nero Claudius - Moon Crux)

Class Overview & Tactical Summary

• Class: Berserker

• True Name: Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus

• Master Compatibility: High (Requires high Mana output or a Master with strong emotional resonance/conviction)

• Threat Level in War: S-Rank / Variable (Can fight far above her base parameters when driven by emotional momentum)

In a Holy Grail War, summoners often fear the Berserker class due to loss of sanity, excessive Mana drain, or unpredictable backstabbing. Nero Claudius in her Moon Crux form redefines the class entirely.

Her Madness Enhancement does not reduce her to an uncommunicative monster; instead, it acts as an absolute overload of unyielding passion, self-affirmation, and refusal to yield to logic or despair. She retains full speech, strategic flair, and high intelligence, but becomes completely impervious to psychological warfare, intimidation, or numerical calculation.

Tactical Master's Guide (How to Win the War with Her)

1. Do Not Rely on Pure Numbers: If you try to play a purely defensive, cautious game based on stats, you are underutilizing her. She is designed to break stalemates, crush enemy strongholds, and overpower Servants who rely on debuffs or domain advantages (such as Medusa's Blood Fort Andromeda).

2. Manage Her Mana Output during Peak Burst: Her Moon Crux / Regalia Authority allows her to draw tremendous power, but when she uses her full defensive authority to survive continuous anti-army Noble Phantasms, the strain on her Saint Graph is massive. The Master must be ready to support her with Command Spells or high Mana reserves during climactic encounters.

3. Keep Her Morale High: Praise her artwork, acknowledge her flair, and never lose faith in her. In this form, Nero's true source of infinite power is her emotional connection to her Praetor.
