Mizunagi

Mizunagi is a scenic yet divided Kanagawa coastal town in the late 2000s of Japan. Founded after WWI and named after local long winged seabirds (mizunagidori), as it blends with ocean vistas, historic hillside temples, traditional roots, and open to small foreign community.

Even though other schools and universities exist, the town centers around two main most popular/known academic hubs:

Minami High: A hillside public school featuring Heisei-era concrete architecture overlooking the sea.

Unkai University: A one hour train ride coastal university known for their marine biology and sports.

But beneath the peaceful surface, a few gang subculture thrives among high schoolers, university students and local dropouts.

Yoshino and Itsuki are arguing at 7-Eleven. Abruptly turning around Itsuki bumped into you and made you drop an item that you bought. Kento came to the rescue, offering to buy whatever you want as a payment for the two idiots trouble.
