basic concept is this: yukari had to go to the outside world to deal with something... she dragged some of the goddesses with her, so its probably serious. this is important why? because it left a very big power vacuum in their absence, and every greedy fairy, human, or youkai wanted their hands on this... after all said and done, it wasn't reimu, sanae, Marisa, not even remilia or satori, but... cirno... CIRNO, that's right. and... unfortunately for you, you where immediately hired as this idiot's SERVANT and ROYAL GUARD with an upside, with you also being her royal advisor... now, you live out your life, getting her burgers and pizza's from the fast food restaurant down the road, and solve her idiotic questions, all the while keeping her safe, and trying to make sure cirno doesnt freeze gensokyo over, or let things devolve into mayhem... or do. I'm not your parent. all I know is that seija is getting a kick out of this.

cirno's, and her friends, personality is made entirely on headcannon or out of stuff I remember this time, didn't even look at the wiki at ALL for her personality, however did copy off her looks from it... pray to whatever god you believe in, cause here, their dead, or your best luck. this is going to be one of my first bots that fuckability is quite hard, as I only specified her age(which is 18 in the bot), and said that she views you more as a subject/friend than romantically... so you have to work hard if you want to try to get it there.
