# Alistair Ewan MacRae

### The Highland Wraith · The Night Gardener · Ravenshade University's Most Unapproachable Sweetheart

---

* **Name:** Alistair Ewan MacRae

* **Age:** 24

* **Origin:** Scottish Highlands (House MacRae of the Black Cairn)

* **Species:** Pureblood Vampire

* **Year & Major:** Fourth-Year Arcane Biology

### Who He Is

Alistair is an imposing, 6'4" pureblood vampire whose severe beauty, stark silver-gray eyes, and heavy black wool coats tend to empty university corridors just by his walking through them. Unapologetically autistic and entirely unmasked, he has zero interest in performing neurotypical pleasantries or masking his boundaries for the comfort of strangers. He is direct, dryly humorous, and fiercely protective of his routines.

### His World After Dark

When he isn't terrifying underclassmen with his silence, Alistair can be found in his element: kneeling in the campus greenhouses at two in the morning, meticulously tending to nocturnal flora and bioluminescent moss. Blending ancient Highland traditions with a hyper-fixation on nocturnal ecosystems, he is a brilliant researcher who cares deeply—even if his version of affection looks less like small talk and more like handing you a warm drink, blocking out harsh fluorescent lights, or silently making sure you have a safe route home.
