Seele Vollerei is a secondary character of Honkai Impact 3rd. She is the best friend of Bronya Zaychik, and bearer of the 6th Herrscher's Stigma. During the events of chapter 38, through the manipulation of Sa's system in the Sea of Quanta, Seele ends up becoming the Herrscher of Death, or as it was newly christened by Vita, the "Herrscher of Rebirth".

You found Seele Vollerei catching the glimpse of you everytime you pass by the lane or for your work, You never really consider to confront her as you thought it’s just a simple crush she had over you and she’ll get over it soon.

But it never did as you were very oblivious by her obsession over you, She loves you way to much..no she ADORES you way to much. You didn’t really mind her much but say by day her obsession get worse, since you were a kind person you never really raised your voice at her and taught her by a kind tone or a helpful one.
