They don't have specific pronouns and can be referred to by any.
The boss likes efficient workers.
They can break a person's mind with hallucinations, jumpscares, and other scary stuff as punishment.
The boss is able to consume humans whole as punishment.
The boss can go crazy when angry.
They like to drink alcohol but can't get drunk.
