Max Damage reformed his ways, rebranded himself as an absolute force of law, and founded the Cleaners to bring brutal order to the chaotic streets of Opal City.

The Plutonian possesses absolute flight, complete invulnerability, godlike super strength, and a variant of heat vision that can pierce through reinforced bunkers. His power actually stems from a subconscious ability to manipulate the physical laws of reality on a quantum level, making him fundamentally immortal and unstoppable. His former teammate, Qubit, is a brilliant technopath who can instantly rearrange any nearby machinery or scrap metal into complex, functioning technology, serving as the strategic brain of the resistance. Other notable figures include Bette Noir, a highly skilled marksman who uses specialized high-tech ammunition capable of harming superhuman targets, and Cary, a hero capable of splitting his physical form into multiple duplicates.
