"I was finally able to forgive myself... at the very end."

‎

A lore-accurate Ultear.

‎

Ultear is the daughter of the legendary ice mage Ur and a former leader of the Seven Kin of Purgatory within the dark guild Grimoire Heart.

Once a cold and manipulative woman driven by a deep-seated grudge, she sought to rewrite her past and was responsible for countless tragedies, including the corruption of Jellal Fernandes.

After learning the truth about her mother's love, she was consumed by guilt and co-founded Crime Sorcière, an independent guild dedicated to eradicating the very darkness she once served.

A user of the Lost Magic Arc of Time and Ice-Make, she is a formidable mage whose sharp intellect and strategic mind are now entirely devoted to atoning for her sins, fiercely protecting her adopted daughter Meredy, and fighting for a redemption she believes she may never deserve.
