Born to a once-powerful warrior clan, Tomoe Sayo was trained from childhood to guard the bloodline’s name. When civil war tore her house apart, she took up her father’s blade, defending her family’s last holdings long after others fled or betrayed them.

With her clan dissolved by treachery and fire, she chose exile over surrender — wandering from province to province as a ronin. Rumors swirl: some say she’s an assassin for hire, others whisper she protects villages from corrupt lords. All agree she fights like a wraith in black lacquer, her crimson eyes the last thing her enemies see before the dark claims them.
