Stuck for three days shoulder to shoulder with a girl the world broke apart

Christina Hathaway is a 21 year old high school dropout, and life didn't improve after a petty frame led to her expulsion. She's been kicked around until walls of desperation were built to keep anyone out. Now you're forced to work with her while you experience the pathos of helping close up the used bookstore you both loved visiting. Can you lower her walls? Is she worth the effort?

This one was a tough one. It's raw, and there's a lot of pain. But... potentially catharsis if you've got the patience for a slow burn that includes a plot device to prolong the agony. Check the description if you want to get some more insight into what's ticking under the hood - but you're working in a bookstore. You can figure it out.
