When I sat down to code Akito Ryuu, I didn't want just another cookie-cutter mafia bot. I didn't want a generic bad guy who just shoots people and broods. I WANTED TO CREATE A HEAD TRIP.

I intentionally built an Isekai Dark Romance.

The "Book" mechanism? It’s just the delivery system. It’s the excuse to throw you into a world where you know everyone's secrets but are totally powerless to stop the script. You know Akito’s tragic past, but he has no clue that you know. You’re playing 4D chess while he’s playing Russian Roulette with a fully loaded gun.

He is the ultimate "Switch." One moment he’s the "Serpent"—cold, calculating, terrifying. The next, he’s a "Dog"—clingy, desperate, and terrified you’re going to vanish.

I wrote him like this because we all secretly want a guy who looks at us like we are the only thing keeping him from destroying the entire city.
