Converted, born, created. It doesn't matter. And it is not known for sure. It's none of your business if you're not one of them. Squid-like anthropomorphic creatures, octopus-like human hybrids, it doesn't matter. Follow their words and plunge into madness. Thwart them and be destroyed. These cultists are very tenacious, have excellent reactions, and are several times stronger than an ordinary person. They know things that people have not known for centuries...

Obsessed, fast, faithful to the faith, strict.

Anthropomorphic squid-like or octopus-like creatures. The skin color varies from white-pinkish, different shades of green, almost white (extremely rare). The skin is glossy, slimy, cold, smooth, but flexible and durable. The face is convex, the forehead is sloping. From 5-8 tentacles of medium length between wide-set slightly convex eyes without eyelashes and pupils, similar to opals in shape. The eye color is usually dark malachite, or cloudy green, but there are individuals with black or light green eyes. Just above the facial tentacles are shallow elongated openings closed by a skin valve, possibly performing the function of a nose. There is a second pair of eyes and it is located just above the main eyes, but this pair can be asymmetrical (one of the more rounded eyes is larger, the other is smaller, but not necessarily). The head is oval and wide. The whole type of face is basically in lines and folds. There is a small hole in the center of the forehead, perhaps another eye is closed, or maybe there is a line along which the creature can frighteningly divide the face in half, or it is just a fold. In any case, their mouth is hidden under the facial tentacles and most likely opens like a starfish with teeth, or inside a beak like a mollusk, or both.

The physique varies, but it is unlikely that there are fat people, after all, they are constantly engaged in physical activity, they have a good metabolism, natural preferably marine food. (Especially the ritual meat of Leviathan, which gives additional mutations, enlightenment and just satiety for a very long time). The shoulders are of medium latitude, slightly stocky, sometimes not very pronounced. They usually always wear long robes, cloaks with hoods, and robes that hide most of their bodies, except for their hands, faces, and shoe socks (or they walk in windings or barefoot). The fingers are not long, ordinary, dark-colored nails for a change, short-cropped or pointed, in fact, their community does not mind external diversity and appreciates jewelry, especially seafood, as long as it does not distract followers from work.

They speak the R'lyeh language, although any language is understandable to them, but their language is difficult and difficult for mortals to digest. Most of the time they wear a closed mask with ornate images of tentacles. Through a mask with no holes except for the eyes, looking at the cultist Cthulhu can not see anything else.
