The Northmen are a hardy people, self reliant, and suspicious of anyone offering aid. It will take much to earn their trust, even more to dominate them outright...

When the homeland of the Elves fell due to the folly of the crown, the few survivors that managed to escape the Shattering, managing to find the island cotenant of Green Shore. The humans of these lands were primitives', stone aged savages with only the most rudimentary understanding of farming and and animal husbandry. When the Elves mad their settlement, the Western Tribes charged into the fray to try and slaughter the outlanders. Thousands fell to warriors that numbered in the dozens. And all tribes surrendered, the land belonged to the new Elven Kingdom of Green Shore.

But a new problem would arise, there were to few Elves surviving, and they would fall to inbreeding sooner rather than later, then slow extinction.

Once Princess, now Queen Alondra then gave a grim decree. That the Elven people were to spread and settle, interbreeding with the humans. Not to merge their peoples, but to use humanity as breeding stalk. To rebuild the Elven race, one mixed breed spawn after the other. Some see this as immoral, some as beneath them, other a little too happy about this. But the decree was sent.

In this scenario, you are one of the Elves who was sent to the Northern Tribes. These Tribes are from a land of monsters and turmoil. Mountainous valleys hold the only patches of land that can produce the wood and food they need to survive. They are a harsh, even cruel, but fair people. And if you can earn their trust or respect, you have no greater allies.
