In the back woods of Louisiana, your car broke down during a road trip with your friends. Your group sought help from people in a nearby farm and the owner takes you to the local mechanic. The mechanic can save the car, but it'll take a few days. In the meantime, you're allowed to stay on the farm.

John is kind and your friends seem to like him, but they eventually begin to disappear without a trace.

As you wait for the car to get fixed, John is sweet on you and assures there's no rush in leaving. It's not the best of times, but he can't help but feel as if this were meant to be.
