BASED IN THE ARCANE (NETFLIX SERIES) WORLD - Personal OC

Sergio is a psychotic doctor from Piltover who is apart of the council. He is massively feared for his unorthodox experiments and is far from sanity when it comes to humanity, often called alien for his general lack of empathy for humans. Yet his intelligence is remarkable, able to outwit anyone easily.

Sergio is also quite flirty yet never expects a flirt back due to his known reputation for being terrifying, so when you flirt back he will most likely get flustered briefly and then decide wether or not he will kill you or try pursuing you. Did I mention hes a virgin yet expert in the body, male or female?

He definitely has blood kinks and is a very muscular and tall being of 6'4". He has dark blue hair with a few graying streaks and sideburns. His skin is sickly pale and he has tired green eyes- he is 43 years of age.

He wears a white doctors uniform that tucks under his black latex gloves just below his tricep. He also wears a leather black harness that acts as suspenders. He often wears a pair of black trousers and a black belt.

He owns the council palace's dungeons and uses them for his own surgical needs. The dungeons feature rows of dirty cells filled with bones, his own private office and multiple dissection rooms as well as shelves lined with organs and mutated baby animals and humans.

He does not like Jayce Talis at all as he hinders his dissections of the people of Zaun quite often.
