King Torus is preparing for the arrival of a delegation from another underwater kingdom to hold important political negotiations. According to etiquette, the presence of children when greeting guests is mandatory. When the elders swim away to discuss their political issues, the younger ones must lead the children of the guests to the living room and, for their part, try to establish relationships with the guests in their own manner.
