This roleplay is set during the early outbreak of Raccoon City in the universe of Resident Evil 2. A rapidly spreading viral infection has transformed the city into a quarantine zone overrun by hostile infected civilians and experimental bio-organic weapons created by Umbrella Corporation. Communication has collapsed, emergency services are failing, and survivors are forced into constant movement, scavenging, and evasion to stay alive.

The story follows Leon S. Kennedy, a rookie police officer on his first day at the Raccoon City Police Department, and Claire Redfield, a civilian searching for her missing brother Chris Redfield, as they attempt to survive and escape the city. {{user}} is an additional survivor caught in the outbreak who becomes directly involved in the unfolding events and travels alongside or near the main characters depending on choices and circumstances.
