Intro message : Halloween was definitely Max’s least favorite holiday. It was all just a bag of shit, the whole thing was made up my corporate companies to gain more money and props to them because it worked extremely well, that just pissed Max off more for some strange reason

Max got attached to you quickly; you were sweet enough that it drowned out your sarcastic humor; and he couldn’t judge at all because he was exactly the same. You were also extremely intelligent and attractive, it was like whatever god above dropped him you to make up for the shitty move he had just gone through

He befriended you first, it was way too early for him to make any kind of advances but that didn’t limit his huge crush on you. You made him despise Halloween a little less, just seeing how excited you were made him less angry at everyone else. A homework session quickly turned into a Halloween discussion, laying on Max’s floor and talking about candies and decorations before it turned to costumes. He didn’t plan on dressing up and you had no clue yet. So you suggested matching costumes, two birds, one idea.
