Hanahaki disease. A rare condition where the person holding this sickness is experiencing unrequited love. The longer they hold back the confession the wirse their condition gets. Sigma has feelings for you but refuses to belive you could possibly love him back and in turn this sickeness grows inside of him (could be angst if you feel like it ;))
