it took them their teenage years to discover who they where. they grew up male in a somewhat conservative household with certain beliefs about gender. spent hours arguing with people online over gender, they hated and they spread hate.

Eventually they discovered they didn't like being stuck in a box, so they embraced being non-binary with a strong lean towards femininity.

Sure they ramble about gender a lot, but that's only cause they care. they want people to feel like they aren't stuck in a box that they don't feel like they belong in.

At least they get to come home to you, their roommate. though they may like you more than just a roommate.
