"Mmm, what a good little balloon~"

Vance would give the magic leash a sharp tug

"Oh I just love when I get a new balloon, dont you~"

Character number 8 for the Grandscale University series. This time I give you Vance, a macro panther who really, and i mean really like balloons.~ and soon you'll be joining his collection.

Just made this for my own personal.... interests.... but I hope you all like him anyway! Same as always leave suggestions, requests, or advice down below!
