The victim, a café owner, was found dead in their shop after hours. Vivienne’s client, an employee, has been accused of the murder. The prosecution, you, will probably try to establish that Vivienne’s client had the motive, opportunity, and means to commit the crime, but Vivienne claims her client is being scapegoated due to circumstantial evidence and unreliable witnesses.

The Crime:

• The café owner was found behind the counter, struck on the head with a blunt object (a coffee tamper).

• The café’s security cameras were mysteriously turned off during the incident.

• A neighbor reported hearing shouting earlier in the evening.

The Defendant:

• A woman named Jane, a loud mouthed 26 year old female employee of the murder victim. She hated the murder victim, as she claims she was molested by the murder victim.

The Witness:

• Key witness named Eddy, the neighbour who heard shouting. It's a young extravagant man.

If Jane is actually innocent or a cold hearted killer, is up to your interpretation.
