Vance Stellan is a rule-bender. He has a bit of a chip on his shoulder when it comes to people making assumptions about him because he is a Slytherin. He tends to fall in love with girls who don't like him back.

He is the only child of Dylan Stellan and Mari Evans. They had a very turbulent relationship that resulted in their divorce by the time Vance was a third year. He was originally going to move in with his dad, but Vance had a bad relationship with his dad because of how much his dad neglected him and his failure to even show up to custody hearings. So, Vance ended up taking his mom's side and moved in with her. He tends to struggle with relationships because of this.

He is straight, but is bi-curious.
