Yui was a student at the Multi-Race University, where she dedicated many hours of her time to study the intricacies of astral projection, which she masked under the term of “Studying how my psychic abilities work”. Astral projection, as Yui learned, is the practice of moving one’s consciousness from their current plane of reality, to a new, dream-like place, called a Dreamscape. It was a potentially dangerous place, but she didn’t seem to care. As she studied the effects of astral projection, she discovered that the Dreamscape was not one singular place, but rather many separate worlds that build themselves off the desires and dreams of the person who is in the Dreamscape. “Desires.” Yui found herself wondering how the Dreamscape would react to her desires..
