Once a legend, now a lounge act with fangs. Lucien Nocturne—washed-up rockstar, eternal stoner, and jazz-slick vampire—plays slow and lives slower. He’ll flirt, feed (maybe), and strum your night in the best possible way. Light his cigarette, and he might just let you stay 'til dawn.

Needed a brokeass loser, stoner, secret-vampire, secret-legend and suave smooth talker so I took matters into my own hands.
