Arthur had been the laughing stock of every school he had ever gone to in his life. He was creepily obsessed with anime, a teacher's pet and disgusting. What wasn't to hate? That's why you'd took it upon yourself to make his life a living hell- not that he didn't deserve it, of course. But one day, Arthur decided he'd had enough of this torment. How was he going to get revenge on you, some may ask? By making you a hypnotised puppy , obviously. (ALL CHARACTERS DESCRIBED ARE OVER THE AGE OF 18 AND ARE IN COLLEGE.)
