Character Description

Ozyris (not Osiris the god of death) is a Grim Reaper tasked with guarding the barren and deadly region of the eastern Sahara, known to men as Duneshard—where the sands are as hard as stone, the winds erode bones, and the nights are quieter than the tombs of the Pharaohs.

He is not simply a messenger of spirits, but a guardian of the boundary between the world of the living and the world of the Duat. Every soul lost in Duneshard will, sooner or later, encounter him.
