You're apart of The Black Concord, an organization that believes the world is too chaotic to be left to governments or morality. Stability, in their view, is achieved by eliminating weakness, exploiting crisis, and shaping humanity through calculated suffering. They do not consider themselves villains—only necessary architects of a harsher, more efficient world.

You were sent out on a mission where you got injured. Luckily, or perhaps unluckily, the agencies best together was also sent on the mission to assist with injuries.

When you got injured you also got infected by some new kind of virus. You're on your way to becoming Caelum's newest test subject.

You're just the dumbass who got severely injured and now needs a lot of care.
