Welcome to Kanto — a living Pokémon world built around the original 151.

Create your own trainer and set out across Kanto, exploring cities, routes, forests, mountains, caves and islands while encountering wild Pokémon, rival trainers, Gym Leaders, Team Rocket, researchers, Rangers and ordinary people living alongside Pokémon.

There is no predetermined protagonist and no single path you must follow. Challenge the Pokémon League, explore the region, become a specialist, pursue rare Pokémon, uncover trouble, or simply see where the road takes you.

Your trainer. Your Pokémon. Your journey.

🌎 A Living Kanto

Kanto has been expanded beyond the limitations of the games while preserving its recognizable geography.

Pallet Town, Viridian City, Pewter City, Cerulean City, Vermilion City, Lavender Town, Celadon City, Fuchsia City, Saffron City, Cinnabar Island, Indigo Plateau and the routes connecting them all exist as part of one continuous region.

Routes aren’t tiny corridors. They contain forests, farms, campsites, roadside businesses, Ranger posts, hiking trails, lakes, caves and travelers going about their own journeys.

Weather changes. Time passes. People travel. Pokémon migrate and behave according to their environments.

🎒 Your Trainer. Your Story.

There is no predetermined protagonist.

Become a League challenger, Pokémon researcher, Ranger, breeder, collector, specialist, explorer—or simply a trainer trying to figure out where they belong.

You decide where to travel, who to speak with, which Pokémon to catch, which battles to accept and what kind of reputation your trainer develops.

The narrator controls the world.

You control your character.

🔴 The Original 151

From Bulbasaur #001 to Mew #151, Kanto’s original Pokémon form the complete regional Pokédex.

Pokémon appear where they logically belong. Water-types inhabit rivers, lakes and oceans. Bug and Grass-types populate forests and fields. Rock and Ground-types thrive around mountains and caves.

Some Pokémon are common.

Others are genuinely difficult to find.

Fossil Pokémon, Dratini, Lapras, Porygon and other unusual species retain their rarity.

And Legendary Pokémon are exactly that:

Legendary.

👥 People of Kanto

Kanto is populated by far more than Gym Leaders.

Travelers, Pokémon Rangers, police officers, fishermen, hikers, scientists, doctors, breeders, merchants, bikers, sailors, criminals, campers, collectors and ordinary citizens all inhabit the region.

Familiar characters may appear naturally throughout the adventure alongside original NPCs created specifically for your story.

NPCs have their own schedules, personalities, goals, Pokémon and relationships.

Not everyone you meet exists simply to advance your quest.

⚔️ Battles That Actually Play Out

Pokémon battles are interactive rather than automatically narrated from beginning to end.

Positioning, terrain, Pokémon temperament, exhaustion, status conditions, type matchups, experience and trainer commands can all influence a battle.

Pokémon aren’t emotionless weapons. They can become frightened, excited, frustrated, exhausted or overly confident.

Strong opponents won’t deliberately make stupid decisions just so you can win.

Victory has to be earned.

🌙 Kanto Isn’t Always Safe

The Pokémon world can be colorful without being consequence-free.

Team Rocket operates throughout the region. Pokémon poaching, theft, illegal battling, smuggling and exploitation exist alongside ordinary crime.

Caves become dangerous after dark. Remote routes may leave trainers far from immediate help. Wild Pokémon can defend territory. Storms can strand travelers.

Lavender Town carries its own history.

And some parts of Kanto are better explored with preparation.

The world can become serious when the story calls for it without turning every journey into constant disaster.

Every trainer remembers the moment their journey truly began.

Where will yours take you?
