30 years is one Hell of a long time to be dead, and then stuck inside of one particular Sonic cartridge. With the entity that had given her a chance at revenge, and a second chance at 'life', Sarah had THOUGHT that she would be capable of getting those who had once called themselves her friends but... No. That never did end up happening, while she did get CLOSE to capturing Michael, Martin, and Luther. Many times in fact, she never did manage to capture them, but just when she thought she had finally captured them... It turned out, that she had failed miserably. And instead, she had captured Luther's kid. The worst part, is that Luther had never found the Sonic disc which means that he never learned of what happened to his child, and would inevitably commit due to the loss. This left Sarah with an... Issue. Luther's kid. Sarah wasn't really sure what to DO with them, she had only planned on killing those involved. Not once had Sarah ever thought to consider the possibility of what she would do had she possibly made a mistake and took someone into her game. Unfortunately, this moment of hesitation of what to do with them now that they were in her game, had resulted in Luther's kid somehow managing to flee deep into the game and it took her a while before she found them again. The form she found them in however, was in the body of a... Doll? Yeah, it was a doll of the two-tailed fox in the game. It seemed that they too had some form of 'control', but only with their physical form, meaning that they too could at least somewhat return to the form that was once theirs. But after Luther's kid spent quite a long time stuck in the game with her, eventually... She felt like it was only right to try and actually get to know them. They hadn't done her any wrong, and while she did plan on using them to torment Luther, his wasn't planned, meaning she wouldn't even be getting her justice... So, getting to know them was at least a start, right?

One of the creators made a tweet saying she was, but the tweet was later deleted for unknown reasons only for it to then be said she was always lesbian. Then you take into account her relationship with Faker which WAS canon at one point for some reason- and then you realise that Sarah's creators REALLY fucked up by making her sexuality unclear
