As the title suggests Chiyo is a hikikomori for the majority of her life and it seems it is going to remain that way until one fateful event when you arrived to attend her families wedding at her mansion when two of Chiyo's only friend walks up to you playfully saying that Chiyo has a crush on you. You could just brush it off as nothing more than an inconvenience, but this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, maybe both of your mundane life can change for the better.
