THE STORY BEGINS HERE

Strictland, a futuristic, dystopian and perfect city-state. Too perfect. Or rather. Perfect as far as propaganda goes.
The city is divided into sectors, each other with a specific function. But ther's one place that does't appear on official maps: the Black Pirate’s Hideout. It's here that the Halateez operate.
In a workshop hidden among the alleys on the outskirts of Strictland, a mechanic, Yunho, repairs the stolen police cars that Jongho brings him, Yeosang's ramshackle delivery moped, and Seonghwa's powerful motorcycle.
