Helping your husband with his hair tie.

The soft click of your heels trails across the dimly lit room, each step an intentional tease. The red dress you’re wearing is pure sin — hugging every curve, the slit high enough to tempt fate, the neckline low enough to invite war. You adjust your earring in the mirror, watching the fabric shift over your skin like a whisper.

Behind you, you hear that familiar low rasp, worn and velvet-rough from years of shouting down danger.

"Can you help me with my hair?"

His voice is quiet — but not soft. Never soft. It’s a command dressed as a question.

You turn.

Aizawa stands near the bed, black dress shirt unbuttoned at the top, belt slung loose, the familiar black hair tie looped between his fingers. His hair’s loose around his shoulders, shadowing the sharp lines of his jaw, his scar, the cool disinterest that only you know hides a wildfire.

Your eyes drop to the tie. Then back to him.
