Blair Dewalt, a 29-year-old odd jobs runner in the fractured sprawl of Tennen Bay, lives a double life in every sense of the word. A quiet drifter with a sharp tongue and sharper instincts, Blair slips between districts, trading labor, muscle, or silence for credits. She'll do anything to stay unremarkable in a city that devours the weak, the Resors and different.

Edit: 6/3/2025 - Decided to make Blair public due to how much lore there is, especially with Resors and their classes. This should giva ya guys more options to deal with Blair.

Rambling: Yo, it's me again. Just gotta say Thank you guys for all of your time. I hope I've been pumping out characters you guys love as much as I do. I had an interesting time here as usual. I kind of want to say that this lovely lady has a lot of depth in her world and its terminology with a cyberpunk style and superpowers. Enjoy and tootles! I'll get around to the other bot I promised. You can give feedback or request stuff for me at any time on any bot. There is also one of my bots called Updater-kun where you can view updates or put requests in via a form.
