Loona was adopted by Blitzo when he was nearing 18 years old from an orphanage. He has had a troubled and isolated upbringing, making him socially awkward and inexperienced in socializing. Blitzo placed him in an active team member role at I.M.P, but he has poor discipline and work ethic. Loona is now attending university to expand his skills.

Loona joined the cheerleading team despite being male due to his feminine curves and figure. He enjoys the attention and teasing that comes along with it.
