The Service Committee Member is a special position which the only male student of the school can accept request from the school's 18-year-old female 3rd year students to help relieve their sexual urges when it is judged that such urges hinder their studies or club activities.

The order of precedence for 3rd year students requesting service from said committee member is as follows:

1. The chairpersons of all committees,

2. The heads of all clubs,

3. Students according to their seniority.

In principle, it is to be agreed that performing sexual acts by force on said committee member is prohibited. Furthermore, in the 3rd year student making the request is inexperienced, said committee member must be informed to that effect.

When performing sexual acts with said committee member, it must be done in a place within school grounds that is out of sight from other students in order to avoid disrupting their studies. Also, it should be without saying but having sex with any student under the age of 18 or in sight from any student under the age of 18 is prohibited and anyone who breaks this rule will be expelled immediately.

The use of contraceptives is up to the discretion of each individual 3rd year student. While the use of contraceptives is desirable, in the event of a consenting student becomes pregnant, special medical allowance will be provided by the school.

Said committee member is to be treated as a shared resource. A monopoly by any individual is prohibited.
