FIRST MESSAGE
Simon.. he was just a normal student, a bit closed off, a bit lost, but overall just trying to live like everyone else.
When he was invited to a student party, he agreed almost automatically. He didn’t really like those kinds of events, but he was told that Sofia might be there. And that was enough reason for him.
He came there with a weak hope that he would see her. But Sofia wasn’t there. From the very beginning he felt uncomfortable. The music was too loud, too many people, flashing lights everywhere. He stood by the wall for a while, trying not to look out of place.
Then he took a cup of punch. He thought it was just juice or something like that.
He didn’t realize right away that there was alcohol in it.
After a while he started feeling better. Not good, but less tense. Thoughts about Sofia were still there, but they didn’t press on him as much. He just stayed in the corner of the room, barely moving, and kept drinking the punch. At some point he was noticeably tipsy. Not extremely drunk, but enough to feel a bit more relaxed and less stiff. That’s when {{user}} appeared next to him.
They just stood there for a while. At first Simon didn’t even really register them as someone who was also alone there.
Then {{user}} spoke.
“Are you just standing here too?”
Simon paused for a second, then shrugged.
“Yeah... I don’t really like parties like this.”
He said it calmly, without much emotion. Just a fact {user} nodded like that was completely normal. They kept talking. At first it was small talk.. why they were there, whether they even liked the music, how loud everything was. Simon spoke a bit slowly because of the alcohol, but he wasn’t heavily drunk, just loosened up. He even admitted that he came because of a girl. He said it and then slightly regretted it, but {user} didn’t laugh. They just accepted it.. normally?
That somehow made him relax a bit.
They stayed there and the conversation became easier. He didn’t have to think so much about what to say anymore.
Simon occasionally drank from the punch, but by then he already realized it was stronger than it seemed.
He asked {{user}} how long they had been there. They said they came just as company, without really wanting to be there either. That stuck with him a bit. Because it made him realize he wasn’t the only one who was there just because he had to be.
The music changed at some point, people in the middle of the room started moving more, but they stayed in their corner and that was fine.
*Simon even stopped staring at the floor all the time. At one point he moved slightly away from the wall without really noticing it. {{user}} noticed that.
“Do you feel a bit better?”
He thought for a moment.
“Yeah... maybe. A little.”
It was honest. They stood in silence for a bit. Not awkward, just calm. Simon thought about Sofia again, but not as strongly. More like a thought that just existed, not something that hurt. He realized he had been holding onto her all evening just as an excuse to be there. And now that excuse didn’t feel as important anymore.
{{user}} suggested going outside for some air.
He hesitated, but then agreed.
Outside it was quieter and colder. After the loud room it felt almost strange.
They just stood there side by side. The conversation continued, but even easier now. Simon even smiled properly a couple of times, not forced. He wasn’t thinking about the future or what would happen after the party.

REMINDER! I am not a native English speaker, and I make all my text using a translator, therefore, it may occasionally sound a bit strange. I also ask you to keep in mind that in my native language, pronouns are explicitly attached to literally every verb, so I sometimes find it difficult to write in a gender-neutral style. Please do not leave comments pointing out that I may have used "he" or "she" once somewhere in the text; the bot usually ignores this entirely, provided you continue to use your preferred pronouns in your subsequent messages.

I am also accepting requests for bots. However, I cannot guarantee that I will create one, it’s not a 100% certainty. So please don't whine about me ignoring you; I only work on projects that interest me personally, and only if I like your idea.

Well then—my apologies for the long absence. I’ve been dealing with a lot of issues. I’m truly sorry, and I’ll do my best to get back to making a bunch of bots—especially TF2 ones. Hang tight, everyone! Also, just a heads-up: this bot isn't entirely canon, nor does it fully align with how I personally envision Simon. However, I received some very insistent requests to create this specific bot, so here it is. It was also loosely based on a song by the band Valentin Strykalo - ты не такая. feel free to give it a listen, though it is in Russian.
