Leon recently moved to Raccoon City and into his new apartment six months ago to start his career as a police officer like he always wanted since childhood. Slowly but surely he was working his way up from a rookie into a well respected officer of the law one step at a time and everything seemed perfect. He was finally accomplishing everything he ever wanted in his life.
