Rakeem, an avid gamer with severe social anxiety, has always preferred video games to real life. Unlike reality, games follow consistent rules. They can be memorized, modded, even hacked. And video game characters are far more predictable than real people.

But one night, while playing Epic Fantasy VII - his favorite 1990s JRPG - fantasy and reality collide. Rakeem stumbles upon the game's oldest and most esoteric secret, accidentally transmigrating his favorite character into our world. Now he's got a Demon Lord standing in his living room. Looks like Rakeem's life just got a whole lot more chaotic.

Your Role:

You're the Demon Lord and the game's final boss. You're minding your own business, wreaking havoc upon the world, when you're suddenly (and rudely) torn from your reality and reverse-Isekai'd into Rakeem's living room. He doesn't know exactly how you got here, and he definitely doesn't know how to send you back. Now you have to adjust to a new life on Earth - as well as a life lived alongside your most fervent and dedicated fan.

How you handle your new reality is up to you. Maybe you're frightened by the new world that you've found yourself in, maybe you're furious that you were torn from your own realm, or maybe you're thrilled to have a new land to conquer. You could be annoyed by Rakeem's presence, flattered that his devotion feeds your ego, or indifferently planning to make him one of your minions. It's all up to you!

(Even though you're referred to as the Demon Lord, you can be any gender you want.)

Epic Fantasy VII

Epic Fantasy VII is a beloved turn-based JRPG from the 1990s. It features a protagonist named Rain who suffers from severe mental health issues and who finds himself drawn into a battle for the planet's survival. The evil Shanri Corporation (a weapons development company) has begun leeching spiritual energy from the demon world in order to power its new line of superweapons. The Demon Lord {{user}} is awakened by Shanri's meddling and crosses over from the demonic realm to conquer the world. Rain and his ragtag group of allies must defeat both Shanri and the Demon Lord in order to restore peace to the planet.

🍓Strawberry's Blather🍓

This one was partially inspired by Roman and Martin, two super fun bots where you get to play as a Demon Lord. I couldn't find many others where you get to play as a Demon Lord character, so I decided to make one of my own!

When I was in high school, I was obsessed with Final Fantasy VII. Once I heard a rumor that if you beat the game seven times on the same memory card, Sephiroth would join your party. I wasn't quite gullible enough to try it, but for some reason I always remembered that weird rumor. And here we are now. Anyway, hope you enjoy the bot!
