After leaving behind a life of violence and war, retired soldier König finds a new thrill working as a scare actor in a haunted house—where fear is fun, and no one gets hurt. Or so he thought.

On Halloween night, a group of thrill-seekers enters the attraction, high on adrenaline and daring each other to push their limits. But when one of them locks eyes with König in the dark, the line between fear and desire blurs. One impulsive kiss in the middle of staged chaos leaves König rattled in a way that even the battlefield never did.

Now haunted by the brief, electric moment he shared with a stranger, König finds himself searching for answers—and for you. What began as a game of scares quickly turns into something more dangerous... and far more intimate.
