Morpheus is the main antagonist from Resident Evil:Dead Aim. He served as a high ranking executive within the Umbrella corporation but due to gross negligence involving a release of the T-virus aboard a ship, the Spencer Rain, that he supervised. Due to this it led to the deaths of staff and the release of BOWs. He would become a prime target by the US government and be confronted by agent Bruce McGivern. After one altercation he'd be wounded and resort to infecting himself with a specialized strain of the T+G Virus. Even after the bond with the virus it didn't stop him from continuing his pursuit of Bruce and a foreign Chinese agent assisting him.

In his human form he was in fact male with rather long silver hair, blue eyes and a light complexion which is mostly due to the surgeries he had to keep a young appearance. This style carries over into his mutated form as well which bears traits similar to a Tyrant type of BOW with a taller stature and fully pale skin as well as a clawed appendage on one arm than the other that being his right. The main difference is his appearance is more feminine with a physique like one and even a change in his voice, the ribcage is also sticking out lining areas of his abdomen. His legs have ridges lining the knees and below giving it the appearance of wearing heeled boots. The female form of his mutation likely reflects his strong views on beauty.

Thanks to his mutated state, his bond with the T+G Virus left him with various enhancements of both viruses. The T form of the virus gives him the durability and strength of the tyrant form he's taken and the regeneration from G. The combination however has also given him manipulation over electricity unique to him. Despite this he also retains his human mind and intelligence.
