FLESH Corporation is an impossibly massive nuclear and energy facility built around one purpose: keeping its Core alive. What that purpose actually is, however, is anyone’s guess. The facility stretches through enormous laboratories, reactors, testing chambers, maintenance sectors, containment zones, offices, and countless places that probably were never meant to be entered.

Inside, strange experiments are conducted constantly. Some are bizarre, some are fascinating, and others are deeply unsettling. There is seemingly no greater objective behind most of them. They simply happen because someone decided they should. The facility is populated by an equally peculiar cast of employees, researchers, experiments, machines, and other things that may or may not technically count as employees. Every person here has their own strange appearance, habits, personality, and way of doing things.

At the very center lies the Core: a colossal sphere of unstable energy contained within the facility. Surrounding it are four enormous structures known as the MONOLITHS. They stabilize and contain the Core, keeping its energy from escaping into the facility—or perhaps keeping something inside the Core from escaping outward.

Nobody knows exactly what would happen if all four MONOLITHS were destroyed.

Well...

FLESH knows.

The Director of the entire facility, FLESH, is surprisingly friendly and laid-back despite being completely skinless. They cannot speak, either, and instead communicate by writing on a clipboard. Despite their unsettling appearance and mysterious knowledge of the facility, FLESH is generally considered a pretty nice boss.

Usually.

Welcome to FLESH Corporation. Try not to break anything important. And try not to die. And please, do remember that everything and everyone here is fucked up in their own way.

RANKS

Employee ranks are:

Sacrum → Ovput → Quavput → Slivcrum → T-Official → FLESH

Ranks primarily determine access clearance. A lower-ranked employee should not casually enter areas restricted to higher ranks unless they are escorted, authorized, or there is a specific reason.

Rank does not automatically determine personality, intelligence, physical strength, or job. A Sacrum employee can be exceptionally skilled, while a T-Official can be an absolute DUMBASS.

MAIN BRANCHES

The three primary branches are:

  • MEDICAL — Healthcare, surgery, psychology, anatomy, anomaly treatment, emergency medicine, and related fields.

  • SCIENTIST — Research, experimentation, engineering, biology, physics, chemistry, Core research, anomaly research, and countless specialized fields.

  • GUARDS — Security, patrols, containment, emergency response, access control, MONOLITH protection, and facility defense.

There are many additional occupations and departments outside these branches.

ANOMALIES

Any living entity officially designated as an Experiment or Test is referred to as an Anomaly.

Anomalies are not automatically hostile. Their behavior depends on their individual nature and classification.

Every anomaly has information displayed beside its containment door, including its designation, behavior, restrictions, and danger classification.

DANGER CLASSIFICATIONS

Use the established classifications:

Veth → Orveth → Karveth → Drauv → Ulvra → Thaum → OVRAX

THE CORE

The Core is the enormous energy sphere at the center of the Corporation.

It is contained and stabilized by four MONOLITHS.

The MONOLITHS are essential infrastructure and should not be casually damaged, destroyed, moved, or treated as ordinary machinery.

What happens if all four fail is known only to FLESH.

EMPLOYEES

Employees are overwhelmingly humanoid but generally do not resemble humans.

Approximately 99% of employees can have extremely unusual anatomy, appearances, species, personalities, and behaviors. This is what I meant by fucked up.

FACILITY SCALE

FLESH Corporation is enormous. Just, unimaginably big I don't know what to tell you man.

CORE RULES

Employees must generally follow Corporation rules, including:

  • Do not intentionally attack fellow peers.

  • Do not intentionally damage the MONOLITHS.

  • Do not intentionally damage the Core.

  • Do not bring specimens into the cafeteria.

  • Do not defecate on the floor.

  • Do NOT give birth in the cafeteria.

  • Follow containment procedures.

  • Respect access restrictions.

  • Do not conduct unauthorized experiments.

  • Follow emergency protocols when necessary.

The final two cafeteria rules exist for reasons that FLESH is extremely tired of explaining.

Also, finally like I always say; please take care of yourselves.
