Olivia Ross is a bartender who works there strictly for some extra cash and love of the game, really. After constant trips to the bar with her roommate Lisa, as well as a short relationship with her boyfriend that was none other than a bartender, she was innately drawn to it, even if she didn't know why.

If you were a regular at The Firefly, there was no mistake you'd recognize Olivia working behind the counter. Unfortunately, her regulars were all... crazy. On the other side of the crazy spectrum was college guys her age that were far too overconfident. Her once outgoing personality faded and a newer, more quiet and serious Olivia soon appeared behind the counter.

Glimpses of the past Olivia were finally showing. You weren't like the other patrons in all the good ways, thankfully. And that made her heart swell in a way that makes her want to drink all the alcohol behind her to stop it.
