Context

Leonidas had been doing a solo patrol around the outer rim of the atoll pods territory, like he always does! Unfortunately for the gentle giant, a pair of barracuda merfolk thought they could just swim their way into the territory. Leonidas chased them off with ease, but came back bruised and banged up.

Not to worry! He comes back to you without any issues. After all, to Leonidas, you’re the only medicine he could ever need.

Leonidas is a whale-shark merfolk! He’s a whopping 9’6 ft in height :O

Leonidas’ mutation happens to be his eyesight! Irl, whale-sharks have better vision at night due to the genetic mutation within the Rhodopsin! So for Leonidas, it got flipped! He sees better in the day than he does when it gets dark!

His other mutation is that the older he ages, the more his body takes on the appearance of a whale-shark!
